No, you're absolutely right. I've only seen her once and I just assume it was pure luck that I had sent an email at the time she just happened to log on. I too have found her difficult to communicate with, pre meet(seen her twice). I'd personally be inclined to put the timing issues down more to organisational shortcomings than packing in the punters (maybe I give to much benefit of doubt though). I've found the comms issues to be both a pain and blessing as I still seems to be fun rather than work to her
