I've not seen her although I did try once at Cherrys (but she hadn't turned up). At Cherrys she's called Darcie (and was briefly called Olivia before that):

Judging by the 50 Shades Twitter account, she's definitely worked there as Olivia (back in December and November 2018):

However it looks like she's changed her name to Frankie:

Having said that, looking at their tweets (e.g. the one on December 6th) Olivia and Frankie have both seemingly been working on the same day (and two separate pictures of "Olivia" and "Frankie" were posted) which seems to suggest they're not the same girl even though most of the pictures and stats strongly suggest otherwise.

If you look at the tweet prior to that (on December 4th), they have the same picture of Frankie up even though it says Holly, Georgina and Taylor are working that day so it's clearly all a bit of a mess but basically it's seems extremely likely that Frankie is/was Olivia.
