The first time going to a sauna can be daunting, I almost bottled it on my first visit.
But the reality - as I see it - is that when you round the corner at the bottom of Hart Street and start up the hill, it's only a few innocent footsteps and you're at the gate. One step to the left to go down the stairs and you're committed to it, all over in literally a few seconds.
The same when you come out afterwards; nobody knows you and you'll be out of sight again and forgotten in a moment.
Just don't make the mistake I did and rattle the door of the art gallery upstairs. Luckily no one answered! It's DOWN the stairs!

And it's a busy place, guys arrive & leave several times an hour, I reckon. Don't overthink it
