called on the day (morning) to agree time and place. She is located in penta hotel. I text an hour before to confirm and all good - I arrived at the agreed upon time and waited in reception like i was asked to do. 10 minutes and no sign so i text her. nothing. Another 5 minutes. I give her a call and she tells me she is just eating dinner and i should wait, she will be down in a minute. Another 15 minutes later and she doesnt even pick up my call, so i leave.
I text her afterwards to tell her ive left and she calls me to apologise. However, 30 mins wasted and no punt so must be a negative.
