I had a requirement to visit Norway for the first time a couple of weeks ago and found myself staying in Oslo. Obviously the first place to visit when visiting a new country is this forum in order to do some research on the scene.
It appeared that there was not a huge volume on Oslo with the overriding message being it is illegal and expensive. Not to be put off I was determined to come to my own conclusions.

Another recommendation is to look at the reviews section and the girls featured on that. If you stay to the main page you will find yourself looking at a lot of girls with no reviews.
