There are plenty of them and I feel most offer extra services. Many are operated not with the most attractive women so it requires some effort to pick the cherries out of all the options. I good source are Forums such as Lusthaus (External Link/Members Only) and adverts on markt.de , ebay (ebay Kleinanzeigen), etc. It helps to speak German to do proper research. Prices are usually Euro 50 for an hour massage plus Euro 50-80 for extras (B2B, OWO, FS).

I had some pretty good experiences at the following places (but there are a lot more):
