In the end, I decided that I must have done something wrong in my earlier messages (though couldn't see anything wrong with them), and so had a go with another SIM yesterday. Instant response, and I was over there in an hour - result! It does show that there's some record keeping going on, though. If I only knew why I'd been blacklisted.
Comms via TXT were excellent, with clear postcode to the block of flats in Stevenage town centre. I asked about parking and was told an allocated parking space to use - even better. On arrival I declared myself ready and was promptly sent the flat number and instructions for the intercom/lift (nothing complex, but great to know what you're doing)

As I got dressed, I realised that at no point had money been discussed, even when booking. But the planned £55 (£45 for 1 hour & £10 HE) seemed to go down fine. No complaints from me at all - a reasonable massage with a happy ending for £55 is a bargain in my eyes - and a whole lot better than some of the dodgy punts I've had in the past.
