Comms: Fast replies to texts. Voice sounded nice and friendly on the phone (but blatantly lied that the correct girl would be there, aka Bait & Switch).
At location, comms went to shit, with the punt delayed, and other punters obviously in the area. While waiting,
something really interesting happened... I saw a loud, early 20-something come go into the flat, and then come out 15 minutes later. Where it got really interesting is that he met up with five of his lads, loudly talking about the punt, complaining that she was going too fast and she didn't understand his request to slow down because she couldn't speak English. Interesting because I've seen groups of two or three mates punting in Soho, but I've never seen someone punt so openly with a group that large. Also interesting because I was able to get an immediate, on location review by listening in. He was a noob though, not expecting a shit punt, and falling for the "I no speak English" routine. I would soon find that both girls speak and understand English just fine.
So at this point my spidey senses were blazing. Way too many punters about, shadowy courtyard, shit comms. I was feeling very anxious, but decided to qualify thoroughly, or at least stick around mostly for the purpose of reporting. Because she sounded good on the phone, I still had hopes that one girl was shite and the other was good. But once in the flat I found the first girl was a B&S. She got the other girl, who came in naked. The second girl was also a B&S. Both girls were physically sexy with nice toned bodies, one about late-ish-20's, the other mid 20's (who walked in naked). But I knew by their cold business-like personalities and B&S tactics that it would be a shite punt and wasted money, so I walked.
