Comms: Fast replies to texts and calls, but her voice on the phone sounded flat and disinterested, which was a warning flag. Decided to proceed anyways and agreed on a 1 hour booking. I showed up on time and and she didn't reply to texts or calls. I ended up wasting even more time standing around like a bellend because I didn't have a good backup plan lined up, and also hoping she would reply. After about 45 minutes I left empty handed.

When was this, OP? I think she left London in early December.
I've had her on my h/l for over a year but, like you, preliminary comms in trying to set up a meet raised a red flag. She left me feeling uncertain about how good the meet would be. Too pricey to chance it. Her last review on AW had a similar experience to you, it seems

I think this was around early summer. She was still on my HL to try again, but then I noticed she has done this more than once so I decided she was not worth the time. Hence the Negative and removal from my HL.

Are you sure she didn't just leave for the holidays? Her profile states "I'm back for make you happy !" So I presume she is back for make you timewasting.
