Hardly once in a lifetime then but I get your point. I’ve never visited and interesting to hear that she’s not 10/10 facially. Reading the superb reviews she gets, the imagination automatically assumes she’s a beauty but obviously reality is very different.

Hoping (and presuming, given reports) it's not "very" different. But given the extent of her plaudits, this only adds weight to her level of usual performance in either case.
In any event, it goes without saying that I'd rather have a 8/10 girl on the overall (face + body) physical scale that gives 110% effort, as opposed to a 10 who only gives 70. For the same money, would I be willing to drop to 7/10 - or would I take a 9 who gives 80-90%? I guess at that point it becomes rather subjective in terms of personal taste in looks and services - which a girl's face, in particular, often is. Some really conventionally stunning girls can give a great, enthusiastic vanilla-ish GFE, for example - but are fucking useless at delivering anything else, despite advertising such services.
Like everything, it's a sliding scale. But with Layla's enthusiasm to do just about anything possible, to every hole possible, I'm willing to make the trade-off. Would certainly be disappointed to only find her a 6 for 140 quid. But with the fact I know to anticipate something of a classic milf look, I'm not expecting much less than an 8 overall, given many of her reviews rate her somewhere near a 10 on physicality alone.
