I've made it a Neutral rather than a Negative because other than poor quality profile pics there was no misrepresentation involved.
This took a while to set up with several false starts (no one's fault) but comms in voice calls and texts were sensible, friendly and promising.
However, when I finally entered Nicole's room at that well-known whore's hotel near Canary Wharf at 9.30am one day this week I was not remotely attracted. I wouldn't say I'm very fussy about trans girls; in fact a certain type of pretty femboy — as opposed to a convincing TV or TS — can be attractive to me. But I picked up no aura of femininity from Nicole — the impression I got was of a slightly rough-looking gay man with an untidy pony tail.
I didn't have time to register any details about what made up this impression but I knew there was no way I could go ahead. After one opening pleasantry I said: "Sorry, but this just isn't going to work for me... I going to leave now."
Nicole remained calm but asked for a contribution for the time and trouble she had taken (I'll give her the courtesy of her chosen pronoun). I asked what trouble, as I'd previously been told that she'd stayed overnight and had the room until 11am.
"Oh, but I live nearby and had gone home. I came back here specially."
I wasn't entirely convinced, but then again she
had sent me a text earlier saying: "I''m here now" so maybe it was on the level.
Whatever . . . I fished a £20 out of my pocket and handed it over and that was the end of things. I could have argued that I'd got up significantly earlier than normal and travelled for an hour to get there only to find someone who didn't, in my personal opinion, qualify as a T-girl.
But life's too short for an argument like that and it was worth £20 to get out of the room with no bad feelings.
Just to restate the obvious — you tend to get what you pay for.
