It isn't, but the correct use of the English language in the most basic form saves any misunderstanding as to the meaning of what is posted.

While I agree 100% with the idea, there was nothing about his post that inferred past or present. Being ambiguous isn't incorrect.

That may be your interpretation of his post, it isn't mine. Not sure why you want to create an argument over it though.

I cannot see the point in a punter saying "I've seen her but I am not going to write a review" of any girl. At least, add in why no review. Seems a pointless statement to make.
