So i have a 12 hour stop over in Amsterdam in the coming months i have never been before and i have no knowledge of the red light or punting scene there i want to see maybe 2 girls at most why i am there and need to know the do's and do nots. And any recommendations of girls. Any heads up advise

Try asking on the Europe board.

But - walk around, look at the eye candy in the doors, discuss and confirm price and services, go in, find out they may be hot but it's like a car service. Wait to be scammed for "if you want xxx it's an extra 100Euros", even if you had agreed them at the door. Finish, walk out ASAP, realise that it was a tourist trap.

Like I say - ask on the Europe board. The main advice is avoid the main RLD, but there are other suggestions.

There's also a shedload of information on the girls in that forum. Basically walk round, see a girl you fancy, then negotiate at the door for exactly what you want. Many are scammers & for example will charge extra to take their top off if you didn't specify it first. Prepare to be disappointed if you are just going for the first time.

From Schipol airport, get the train to "Den Haag" and check out the RLDs there - they are far superior to Amsterdam (which is terrible) - it is about a 40 minute train ride.
