any way again sorry for the mess up of the forums, genuine mistake and as soon as one member pointed it out and i worked out they was being moved i stopped and just used one thread. thanks for all the help. small claims is my next move. does not matter what profile she is using then. i have all the texts of her saying the money will be in my account and her admitting she owes it and the amount. i am confidant that is the way to go.
