Hello fellow punters,

A previous thread has made me wonder whether it's normal to punt with WG's that are older than you.

I was an early starter, and in those pre-AW days, WG's would often be older than I was, even when I realistically lied about my age, leading to awkward 'Why don't you have a girlfriend?' conversations.

After discovering AW, I now only search for WG's who are younger than me, even though seeing a girl up to couple of years older wouldn't really be an issue these days.

Am I the only one who does this? Or is age nothing but a number when punting?

My preference is similar to Anth's but not because of his reasons. I find anyone younger than say 24 would be a bit too immature and boring.  Much older than say 30, the body starts to go downhill.

I may grow older as the years pass but my mental age is still in my mid twenties which is where my tastes lie with girls.  Its a bit like dining out at a fine restaurant or Joe's cafe. Quite apart from the limited supply of older WGs [Girls? ], there's then the question of how attractive  they might be, even to a pensioner.

This is a view i have read from quite a number of punters on punting forums over the years although it might be because of their Granddaughters age rather than their daughters. Not having a daughter its not relevant to me of course. I go on whether i fancy a WG or not due to many lying about their real age.
