Going by the tattoo's I would say this is a double profile especially as one is on alert. Just the piercing taken out of her top lip. Same weed tattoo on her leg and arms.

rumbled by AW, they realised they were duplicates using stolen photos, so they killed one profile and deleted the pix from the other
