Try reading his post again before making your mouth go, he stated as a fact that documentation is not required.
Had he just said he went and wasn't checked then fair enough but that is NOT what he said, he clearly states it is not required and if that is the case he needs to provide official conformation of that.
We've probably almost all just fairly recently personally experienced umpteen instances where the official policy was one thing, but observed application on the ground was another entirely. You and several others clearly interpret his words as 'It is not policy in Morocco to need to show...', but I and several others did not, probably because his second sentence make it
abundantly clear that the policy is in place - it's just not rigorously enforced - and that's implicitly a different thing
Although it still states PCR is needed if not double vaccinated, I didn’t have any of the above when I went, officials didn’t bother asking me..
Had I been in his shoes I might've said 'I didn't need to show my pcr test...'. Then again, I might not have. His experience, assuming it's accurate, shows that practical policy
did not require a pcr, just as most of my tube journeys in the winter didn't require a mask, regardless of TfL's policy to the contrary.
