Usually type A agencies can be trusted that albeit the pictures are photoshopped and often inaccurate that at least they indeed belong to the girl. However recently I caught Admirals and other type A agencies displaying a girl (External Link/Members Only/External Link/Members Only) without the agency owners meeting her in person to verify authenticity. She just sent pics and stats and got listed straight away. It was only after I raised the issue that the girl is being displayed on several profiles all over the internet and at different positions that they admitted about it and promised to investigate. Indeed they did and kept me updated. She is still listed so perhaps it is her after all but I didn't go through the meeting as the girl admitted to the agency that the pictures are old. The bottom line though is that the very new girls are not "officially verified" until the agency owners or their representatives meet with the girls to collect the money of their commission. Even then they may not give a fuck. I do believe though that there must be someone they trust to act as scouter as I doubt they would make such a rookie mistake which would endanger their reputation as reliable agencies. I mean could anyone send to Admirals fake pics and list them? Just like this? The scouter thing is further reasoned from the fact that it would be surprising that the same girl starts working straight away with 10-20 different type A agencies- a new hooker doing that much research? Anyway…

A lot of agencies nowadays go by the form deposits and some may not even meet them in person and only go by feedback/complaints from punters. If they are reputable, then they do care and if not, then they let it slide until word gets around and punters gradually stop using them.

There are definitely pros/cons of both working for agency and being independent. Agency girls are expected to work nearly 24/7 unlike indies that set their own times/days etc. Agencies don't like part time WGs as its in their interest to make as much commission as possible and a part-time girl won't fit the bill.

Also, by some accounts, they no longer get involved in finding flats for their girls which means no incall flat = not interested,  so there can be some dumps even amongst agency girls.
