Logistics: Quite difficult actually, no answer to texts but answered phone call, agreed a time and they would text address. I had to text them to remind them to send the address and then they delayed the agreed time by over an hour. I hadn’t left yet so wasn’t a huge deal, but not ideal. Location: Bexleyheath quite near the a2 so easy to get to and block of flats at the top of the hill were easy to find. The post code given comes up on google maps as the middle of a field for some reason, so do check another service for the accurate road to head to.
Bed was a little crap and the toilet/shower was not great, so only took a simple wash at beginning and end. Was offered a clean towel though and a drink which was good service.
