Updating based on recent experience:

Following comments above I've been back to visit (a couple more times). Each time rather than waiting asked for OWO with CIM before the session started. She agreed and no mention of additional charge. She did same massage but finish was indeed as requested and v well delivered. Shame massage remains just body rubbing otherwise I'd highly recommend as long as expectations are made clear at start. Still, OWO is excellent.
Seems my mistake was purely comms previously. Would upgrade from Neutral to Positive based on recent visits. (hope that doesn't comment doesn't go against board rules).
