I was sat in fishponds rd last night, i was starvin so get myself some chips and park up to feed and make a few phone calls (1hr 40 mins). Anyway there is young lady stood on one of the corners touting for business. what im wondering is how many blokes take that chance because in the 90 mins or so i was there she got picked up 4 times and also 5 cops cars drove up and down. surely these guys are risking to much

Yh it's really risky I heard of a guy in the papers last year thought she was a street hooker but turned out to be undercover police women. Go carefull. Less risked to try top of Warwick road. I managed to get a number didn't pick her up a month ago but never bothered to ring her.

Do you mean Berwick Road or is there another area I didn’t know about?

Not that I play the street game any more

It's risky to pick up girls in Bristol. But if you get nicked by the police, you'll only have to pay a £200 fine and they'll give you a warning. It's embarrassing, but it's not that bad. I mean, you won't have a criminal record.
I think the best thing to do is to take the phone number of the girls you pick up, so after a while you will end up with quite a few numbers in your diary and you have to risk kerb crawling any longer.

That was the idea but out on the streets it's not worth it. Some birds I used to stay in Yates lanes no one gives a toss there never been caught touch wood

Excellent use of tax money that.  :unknown:

I think a lot of those 'customers' do it out of ignorance. If you weren't internet inclined and didn't know of AW/UKP you might not realise there are other, safer ways of going about it.

the whole point of kerb crawling is the risk, the rush of adrenalin. The fact of not knowing exactly what kind of girl you've just let in your car. And sometimes it can be a very positive experience when you meet a nice girl. :angelgirl:

I’m a risk taker. Although extremely cautious and like to wait around and see if anyone gets picked up first.

After reading this I had a go at lower Ashley and Warwick.  However no luck. Saw areas of what looked to be places where street workers stand.  But didn’t see any.

What timeand day do the go out to work?  Found some great value for the risk in my time in other places.

There aren't many girls out nowadays, mainly because of the police presence. After 10pm is probably the best moment. You could also try Brunswick square, Portland square or Fishponds Road (up to the roundabout just before Eastville park).

Once to drop her off, and the other 4 times to knick the punters then?  :scare:

I fucked a streetgirl in Southampton once in 2001. 18 quid and a coffee it cost me. It was OK but it was the stink of cheap perfume - a clawing sickly smell that I couldn't shift for ages that put me off doing it again.

I guess you must be aware the police monitor this board?
Banned reason: No reviews in 5 years trying to use the site to pimp girls out.

I've seen blacklisted Leigh hanging around that area a few times over the past few months by the railway bridge

The outcome if/ when you get caught:
- A Caution which will stay on your STANDARD DBS FOREVER. It is not exempt from the rehabilitation for criminal offenders act as it’s a sexual offence.
- Say goodbye to automatically qualifying for the electronic US visa scheme as well as they want you to list every single offence which is held on the Police National Computer. (Actual US Visa’s involve going to the US Embassy + obtaining and completing a 20 page application including a character reference from your employer - the whole rigmarole can cost hundreds and they can still say no when u arrive there!)
- £200 ‘course fee’ for the mandatory half day training course where you meet with other sheepish looking punters who got caught.
- If you ever wanted to upgrade your driving licence and add extra categories such as C1/ C/ D/ trailers etc, you will also have to inform the DVLA on the application.

The Bristol street workers are 100% in the game to feed their drug and alcohol habit. Massive police presence and those that haven’t been caught will be eventually.

Not worth it.

P.s. A note on cautions: Kerb Crawling
Section 19 of the Policing and Crime Act 2009 introduces section 51A into the Sexual Offences Act 2003 and creates a new offence for a person in a street or public place to solicit another for the purpose of obtaining a sexual service as a prostitute. The reference to a person in a street or public place includes a person in a motor vehicle in a street or public place.

Expect the above even if a first time offender - IT IS NOT JUST A THROW AWAY WARNING.

Sadly, this is very true. If you are a regular punter and you haven't been caught yet, you will be eventually...

Another note; You will also be banned from being in those areas for I believe 3 months, after which time the caution is ‘spent’ (But will still ALWAYS appear on your DBS). If you get caught in the area in that time, you’ll be in breach and they can give you a conviction!
