All fair points King Tarzan, a lesson I need to learn. As you seem an experienced punter (including of agency girls) who do you think is leading the ‘deceit’ on services? (appreciate names etc will always be a lie) is it the agencies not doing the due dillegence or the girls to get the punters in?

To me seems like the agencies are not sufficiently playing their role for their cut but interested to hear what you and others think

When an agency gets a new girl they put that the girl is up for all services. 9 times out of 10 the girl is unaware of this, English not being her first language. If the girl is continually asked for a service she doesn't do then it will be up to her to organise with the agency to amend her profile.

If you wait to confirm services until you have handed the money over, one of two things will happen: either (i) you will get nothing back and be asked to leave as a boundary pusher, or (ii) you will be asked to leave and she will retain a portion of the fee for the 'inconvenience' and 'wasted time'

Or, take out a small claims action subsequently?

(i) You won't because the case would be public.

(ii) Even if you did, you would lose. Contracts for sexual services are one of the few unenforceable contracts in English Law.

In summary: Don't even think about it. Just ask about services before handing over the cash. End of.

I made an exception in this case to hand over the money, seeing that she was very friendly and you can't have a GFE without some amount of 'trust' that the girl will play accordingly. But since recently I have checked specifics before handing over the money, but even then they can and do lie. Walked on a few occasions (eg. Zigana on Divaescort, goes by other names also).

Thanks for info on 'sexual services' being excluded from normal contract law. They never taught us that on law studies!

The take away from this kind of experience is the huge value of the ones that provide exactly what you're looking for. But hey, I wouldn't have found them if I hadn't taken a risk the first time.
