I don't think deletion would be good and I don't think it would happen anyway, as admin usually just merges the most recent review thread with your previous review (so this review appears  just as a subsequent post in your first review thread).

I've just reported your review now so it's up to admin if he moves it (thread merging can only be done by admin) or leaves it alone.

At any rate, it's good you've given us a detailed update, cheers for that. I myself have seen her a couple of times (in Manchester) subsequent to my review and I've always had a good time (punts similar to my review).
