Phoned Millie yesterday at 1pm to arrange an hour booking at 3pm she told me she was free and said she would text me her address at 2.30pm. i drove to pontypridd from cardiff thinking 30 mins wont give me much time to get there from cardiff. got to ponty at about 2.40pm no text from her so i texted to ask for the address, gave it 5 mins no reply so i called and went stright to voice mail, gave it until 3.05pm and left. Time waster.

It amazes me how many SPs fuck up like this. More negatives against their name you would hope will lead to better service in the future.
