Wow, you are totally right.

Apart from the (inevitable) scarring though, amazing work by the surgeon.

Shame she still looks pretty masculine. But I guess for a guy to have his tackle completely cut off, that's total commitment to being a girl, and hating being stuck in a boy's body.
