The negative is for the agency not the girl. Rang last Sunday 1120am spoke to a guy on the phone - the one who always sounds confused or put out  if you are making a booking for anything other than the same day. Booked Carmel for this Saturday 11am. Booking confirmed by confused guy and told to contact early Saturday to confirm. Texted them at 853am today response “I don’t have any booking for you for Carmel.” Told them the situation subsequent text send by them “we can book you in for this afternoon.” So let’s get this straight I’ve planned my whole day around this and now I’m being messed around like it’s ok. Sent subsequent text saying I’ll be posting a “negative review on UKP.” Response via text message quoting them exactly was “ok.....that’s totally up to you.” Wonderful fucking service. I won’t be using them again.

That’s disappointing mate, and really not good enough. My punting time availability is precious and involves making excuses, careful planning is required. For most probably, this is a clandestine hobby. It’s important then that our time isn’t wasted, and our planning trashed.

I hope you get to make some alternative arrangements. On the plus side, Junie is pretty good with her customer satisfaction so I imagine she’ll be in touch.

When it comes to the word of a fellow member and punter against someone else, unless the punter is very obviously spouting bullshit ( which is not the case here ) then the punter wins hands down every time in the credibility stakes. Sounds to me like an incompetent employee trying to weasel out of a cock up.

Even if Premiums weekend call taker has cocked up it wouldn't stop me using them, they have been proven to be handle things better than most agencies when problems occur. Only if this became habitual would I reconsider. I use Indies more than agencies but they are still very useful to me.

Totally agree. I've only used premium and Indies. On the rare occasion that there had been an issue I've been very well looked after by June.
