I am quite certain she actively provides it. Maybe charges more for it as people actively looking for it probably are willing to pay up.
I saw the AW profile of one girl (TS) I had seen a few times and she listed BB. Her English was quite limited, so I assumed it was a mistake or that she may have ticked the box for marketing purposes. But no, she was on what she called PreLove so she was safe she felt. She did charge more for it (twice as much) she told me as she thought I was into it. When I asked about the risk of other STDs, she dismissed it, never had a problem. Only when I told her that the BB market probably is a very limited one and she would exclude a large part of her potential audience as most would be afraid to catch something from her, did she decide to remove it from her profile. Not sure if that meant she stopped providing it though. She has left the UK now btw.
HIV would not be what I would worry the most about. First of all, the chances of getting it are quite low. Even being a bottom with an HIV infected partner the chances are supposedly 1/250. And if they are aware that they have it, any person with some order in their life would be on medication which will reduce their contagiousness massively. You are basically exposed in the period from they get it to it being discovered which assuming they get tested regularly is between 4-6 weeks. If someone offers BB actively, one would assume they are on Prep so chances of them transmitting it are very low. Feel free to correct me if you believe that stats are incorrect. Only mentioning it as it does seem some think one will certainly get HIV even just from some pussy rubbing. Not saying you cannot, just that the probability is very low.
Given how contagious the lesser STDs are, I would be very worried about catching those, not least with the implications it could cause if one spread it to someone who would look to you to explain why they suddenly were having strange discharges. So, while a person providing BB probably is on Prep, I would think the chances of vibrant flora of chlamydia etc would be high, not least due to the kind of customers seeking her out for that particular service. The combination of oral and rubber is not something I am a big fan of, so never went back to the girl above.
Very worrying is that some NHS sexual health clinics are pushing Prep quite hard and I am sure it is leading to more relaxed condom use. One nurse told me that there is now pressure in the gay community for BB as it is expected one should be on Prep.
And, just my little opinion on leaving the review or not, I think it is great that the review is here as it can prevent others expecting a TS and not a very feminine CD from seeing her. Reviews should be based on what is marketed, not what it proves to be.
On that note. This girl (actually man), I saw several years ago. Included everything feared in this discussion. Not a TS, no breasts, quite masculine (discovered after a while as initially the room was very dimly lit so I thought he resembled the pics a little and just assumed fantastic photoshopping) and wanted me to BB and accused me of not liking sex as I did not want to. Seems not to be in London currently, but have consistently seen his ads (normally I allow the person to decide which gender they are, but here there was no doubt in my mind as I left) for many years so maybe he will be back soon. He has even been able to raise his prices from the 150/hr level.
