Comms. Good. Phoned on the day for a meet in 2 hours time. She sent me a text with post code straight away.
Location. First floor flat up some external stairs. In a cul de sac seemed plenty of parking and no one around, it was 2pm. Clean enough, but did smell of smoke. The duvet cover in the photo is still in use...so that has seen some action!!

Verdict. Giving this a Neutral, rather than a Negative. Wasn't my cup of tea, but I emptied my balls and that was what I needed at that time. No finesse about the encounter at all, it was all very functional.
Would I visit again...No I haven't and no I wont in the future.
