Called in the morning for a meet later in the day. There were no issues and I was texted the address straight after. At the meet called her for the flat number. A couple of missed calls but again no problems once I got through.
Location:
Some large flats just west of Reading town centre. Felt safe, but quiet and open so bit suspect if lots of guys coming and going.

The Punt:
She opened the door in a lycra stretch thing and was very friendly and bubbly and i was happy at this point. Exchanged money and had shower. Came back in and there was a bit of chat, more than is usual in my experience but nothing to get annoyed about. Started with a massage and quickly moved to DFK which was fine, then some RO and this is where things went downhill. She wasn't completely clean and could taste her in a bad way. Not terrible but it's never good! I kept going and she seemed to enjoy it, but as I was looking around I noticed some marks on her arm. Looked like they were needle marks in the crease, with plasters that had just been removed, like a blood donation or something else. The other arm was the same. Could be innocent but worth reporting. Then she offered oral with or without and I went with protection. Oral was good but condoms were tight and I'm average at best. Did a few more positions and came in the bag. She was lovely and bubbly through the meeting and had a quick chat and left.
Summary: She was very nice and attractive, but something not quite there for me. The RO and needle marks unsettled me and so giving this a neutral. It felt a bit weird and strange.
