First review so it might not be the best.

Amy is a very beautiful Romanian!  It is her in the pics.  Petite, pretty, and tasty. 

Location: Banbury Town Centre/decent apartment right off the main street with free parking
COMMS: Called/text, Agreed on time, sent me her house number upon arrival (5 min wait), buzzed me in when I rang
COST: 60 for 30 mins (TONS OF EXTRAS/OWO, CIM, Anal, etc) No Kissing

Fail to understand how this can be anywhere near a positive but there you go.

However, while I understand your suspicions, not sure that is the case. She won't write much English and while it could be maid/Sergei, not sure they would admit "TONS OF EXTRAS" and if it's a diversion tactic, it would pretty stupid to admit that.

Tout? Possibly but probably just an excitable newbie with very low standards. She seems a typical Rom - no kissing and everything extra.

I am bad at reviewing sorry. However I have seen her twice early this year and I concur with OP's review. Yes everything is extra, but she is young pretty and pert, enjoyed oral was happy to shag in any position. Not the usual have you cum yet after 2mins. Anal was £50 extra.
