Booking: Very straightforward. Punt started 10 minutes late, at WG's request.

Location: Modern block in private development in Colindale. Parking was easy at a meter (needed coins). Discreet entrance, well furnished, spotlessly clean, excellent bathroom with soft towels, toiletries etc.

The girl: I read each of the 20+ reviews on UKP, including the warning remarks about her looks and whether she was a post-op. I was bracing myself but I went anyway. The conclusion? She's a human of the female-born variety. Not the greatest looker but I've seen much worse facial surgery on faces wandering the streets of Knightsbridge and Sloane Street! She was hospitable, polite, spoke English well, and was not hideous (maybe my expectations were managed). She's probably about 50, size 10-12 toned and stocky build, height 5'9". Nice grey eyes, and a warm confident smile. Super smooth skin on her body, but wrinkly face.
