I've found the maid to be a bit hit and miss but persevere. One time, I even made a booking via AW (Sandra responds to this, as she is conscious of getting a bad rep) and contacted the maid to confirm that I wanted a booking. Sandra hasn't got the time or patience for managing bookings herself and so uses her friend as a maid, but the friend is a bit unorganised herself!

Similarly i wasn’t sure if my booking would go ahead until it did as arrangements with the maid seemed a little vague.... I did book around 10days ahead though.
