Hi guys,

I am still relatively new to punting and due to my work I often walk on TCR and saw all these escort card on the phonebox and iI would llike to know what it is all about?

I always want to find some places I can find a WG at night, so are these cards are my answer?

Any of you tried? What is the price like? Is it like AW or more like walk up in Soho? Is it safe to use the service?

Cheers

When there is an absolute wealth of information on the internet with AW, escort sites, reviews, peer feedback and photos - anyone who resorts to phonebox cards is quite frankly an idiot of the highest order.

Lots of prossies on AW and escort agencies work late into the night so I see no reason at all to use a card from a phonebox.

If by "find a WG at night" you mean at 5am then a street walker is probably your best bet.

The phone cards are just adverts for parlours that operate in the TCR/Soho Euston area.
Many of them are different pictures/numbers for exactly the same location.

They do charge reasonable rates, but just like a walk-up you have no idea who you'll get so you have to be fully prepared to walk if you don't like the girl.

IMHO I agree with the previous poster, use AW primarily and if you have to get a quicky in the TCR area use a walk up. At least they are cheap £20 for a BJ, so you don't feel you've been too ripped off if you don't get a good service.

Actually, if I can find a 3am available WG around TCR area will be great but I don't think girl on AW work that late. Really? There night walk up around TCR? Where can I find the info please.

Actually, since we touched on street walkers, I know it might be for you guys from here to believe but I have never seen a street walker in London and I have been living here 20 years. People say king cross but I never seen one, I have seen them in Spain, France and Holland of course but never in London. Would love to meet them and see what the quality like compare to the oversea.

Firstly the pictures on phone box cards are taken from magazines and you really wont meet the stunningly beautiful woman on the card secondly if you want to meet a London street walker try wardour st. Leicester sq soho area or just look in a phone box and you will probably find one injecting their self would leave well alone if i were you

Bullshit.  I'm there every day and have never seen anything like what you describe.  In London, street walkers hang out in the shitty areas, not in the glitzy, touristy west end - they'd be moved on in 5 minutes.

Think someone on here did say Sussex Gardens had some street walkers, but best to give it a miss i think.

So, drove down to Sussex gardens tonight at 00:15 and still couldn't see any street walkers, maybe because it was raining. So, journey looking for them continuous. I can't believe in 20 yes living in London I never see any of them, I guess I was never really looking until now I started punting and travelled a few conturies where I can see them day and night in certain street and made me think.

Next stop king cross if they still around, I believe you guys said outside MCD opposite the station.

Back in the mid-nineties I saw one of those phone card girls. Obviously she wasn't the girl in the photo, but she was fairly pretty, Australian and mostly friendly. I paid for half an hour, but she did her best to get me off as quickly as possible, and being fairly inexperienced back then I was out of the door after 15 mins. So I never bothered doing that again.

Anyway, as others have said, we've got the net now and a wealth of resources, so I really wouldn't bother with them.

I was walking through Warwick Road (Earl's Court) and I noticed two telephone booths with some tart cards on them. External Link/Members Only

Last few times I was there they had re-appeared in Sussex Gardens. One evening here were three of them lurking near the Monkey Puzzle and a fat minger asked me if I wanted sex. I declined, 'Not even a blow job?' she continued.
'Just had one,' I replied. This was true as I was returning from a punt with Nicoletta.  :D
