There are a couple of the above I've been to. First few times offered hand relief or b2b and I took the offer up.. After that got out of habit of waiting to be asked and asked up upfront. The response has always to provide extras. I've been out of commission for a while and now back on my feet decided to treat myself. This time when I asked the answer was a very polite no. I was told the boss had been on line and found out about a masseuse who offered extras and she was sacked.
I am guessing the "boss" read a review which named the woman and she was sacked. Just hope it wasn't one of my reviews.
So from now on if offered massage and extras I will tell other punters extras are on offer at a particular place, but I won't Annie the woman. To a certain extent naming someone is probably pointless anyway, the masseuse seem to move around locations. Obviously, I will continue to name escorts I'm reviewing, be pointless if I didn't.
Aplogies if rambling, but thought I'd pass on my findings.

Im pretty sure the boss of most of these places know whats going on behind closed doors. In my experience there's not many Chinese or Thai massage places that don't offer at least a happy ending .

I'm not sure how these places work but I'm guessing the "house" gets the massage fee and the girl gets the extras ,less a percentage ?

Even if they see only 5 blokes a day,that would equate to £200 in the girls hand if all B2B.

Of course the bosses know what's going on.

I've been to three different rub and tugs in the last few months and always been offered extras without asking anything.

A boss in the know firing a worker for offering services?  Either she's charging too much and pissing off customers or she's doing things he doesn't want done e.g. no services requiring a condom that would need to be disposed of, particularly where authorities are checking bins for evidence OR delivering services without condom and exposing all to risk. 

Sadly sounds more like the SP didn't want to provide you with services.   

If you're not going to identify the SP then you can't write a formal review, and there's not much point posting in mini-review thread as you'll likely be naming a known parlour so not exactly helping us by just confirming that girls there provide extras.

I think those in charge have usually worked themselves and know what goes on, but want plausible deniability.

I was feeling guilty in case I got someone fired. But consensus seems to be, this was normal practice. So maybe, on this occasion the girl just didn't fancy it

Don't feel too bad. If the sacked woman has any common sense she'll rent a place of her own, go indie and not have to pay a leeching pimp cunt a percentage of her earnings.
