The problem with massages at places like this is in determining what the HE or extras actually are.
Most punters expect that if they're getting HE then the preceding massage is going to be sexually stimulating, leading up to an HE climax.
However many (most?) masseuses treat the massage and the ending as two clinically distinct services, so you'll get a therapeutic massage for 50 minutes, followed by five minutes of frenetic wanking. That seems to be whats happened here: the masseuse has provided a massage (not a sexual service) followed by HE (which is a separate sexual service)and treated them as two discrete events. Really for most punters they need to be one sensual integrated service.
Its not an easy problem to solve, and really needs the masseuse and the punter to know each other fairly well so each knows what the other expects. You've also got to accept that some masseuses want to concentrate on the therapeutic side of the business and find it hard to deal with the sexual side of the job and tend to mentally try to partition it off.
What would I do? Go back again and see if this time there was better mutual understanding
