Yeah looks are subjective and one blokes stunning is another average! Your review is just how you call it.

Personally I have rated some positive although wouldn't return but that's based on if comms, wg description and services all ok and my view is that if those things are covered then fair enough and would rate as a positive with the rider that didn't work for me but might for others.
