A few weeks back I tried to see the famous Monica who has been positively reviewed previously. I called the day before and asked if Monica was working tomorrow. The lady said she was, so the following morning, I headed to the Beyond Medicine shop, on a small row of shops in a quiet area.
When I got there, I was told Monica wasn't there yet, but would be shortly. After waiting around for half an hour, I should have done the sensible thing and left, but I asked the lady who was there if I could see her instead. To be honest, she was nice, a little shy, but a pretty woman, probably mid-30's and Chinese. I think she said her name was Sasha. The massage certainly wasn't bad and the HE was rather impressive actually. So why then, is this a negative review? Well I'd wanted to see Monica, so thought I'd try again another day.
So a week or so later, I called and made an appointment for Monica, for the following day for 12:30pm. I arrived a few minutes early and was greeted by a middle-aged man, who told me that the girls weren't in yet. Well, I was a bit early, so I sat and waited. During this time, I explained to the man that I was waiting for Monica. He told me that she wasn't working today, and was in fact on holiday, but Nina usually arrives about now! WTF!! Again, I should have left, there and then, but thought I would see what Nina is like, before doing a runner.
It was now well after my appointment time and still no sign even of Nina! I waited well over 20 minutes after my allotted time and walked out.
I would avoid this place like the plague, unless you liked being messed about!
