So I went to Thai Spa Massage, the girl at reception said she was giving the massage (no offence but she just looked like a dude tbh) so I said never mind. Went opposite to Nuad Thai Boran and no one was available until ages so ended up at Bangkok Thai! Walked in, requested 1 hour, £40 with a different girl this time. Her name is Yaya (or I think anyway), she's 28, young and works there on Tuesdays & Wednesdays only. She mentioned working at the massage place on York Road rest of the days. Went for a hard full body massage and finished with a HJ. All for £40, think I saved myself some money there!
