External Link/Members Only Bizarre and very annoying interaction with this lady.
I started by calling up and asking about her availability for the next day. She said she had a late appointment for that night, so wouldn't be working till 1pm the next day. One hell of a lie in, but hey. She sounded pretty nice, so said I'd try another time. Anyway, next morning I did some re-arranging and managed to make myself available at 5pm. Contacted her after lunch by text and she agreed to meet. Gave me location etc. I had a hiccup at work and thought I might miss a train, so I let her know, but eventually everything worked out and we finalized 5pm.
I arrived a little early so thought I'd drop her a message to let her know. No reply, but to be expected. She was likely busy. However, at 4.55, I tried calling and no answer. I tried again at 5pm, and at 5.05pm etc, etc. She let it ring and ring. Sometimes she picked up and hung up. So I texted her one last time to say I was ready to go. And then she finally responded. "Sorry busy x" she said. And that was that. No further messages. No calls. Nothing. A wasted half of a day arranging on my part.
Avoid this weird lady. In retrospect, she might've been drunk when we spoke on the phone!!
