I got told off for doing similar (may've been a Neutral) a while ago and there was a bit of debate.  If you get the girl's name then better to log 2 reviews; neg for B&S on intended SP and then a suitable review for the one you actually saw.  If no name then just the neg for the intended with details of the encounter with the one you met.
