I saw her in Harrow several years ago (before I was on UKP, so no review, sorry), and I would also rate her as 'positive'.
From my conversations with her during the punt it was fairly obvious that her AW profile was not written by her ... her English was not that good!. The flat she was working in very okay - certainly suitable for purposes - but there was some other fat whale of a woman who answered the door, which was a bit of a downer (I suspect she'd compiled the AW profile?).
