Author Topic: Parlour Ettiquette - Booked v Additional Time  (Read 555 times)

So knowing a girl that I rather like was working I rang ahead to check she was free and booked her for an hour.

Got to the parlour and sat for a quarter of an hour and she came bouncing down the stairs with a  fistful of notes and announced that the gent she was with had just booked her for another ninety minutes. The receptionist said - but you have a booking here - he's waiting.

The lady's response was that she had never been told and had taken the money in good faith.

What would you do?

I walked - money still in my pocket.

Nothing else you could have realistically done.
If you'd tried to force the point you would either have got kicked out or had a shit punt. And the girl really may not have known: the receptionist could have fucked up the diary

I would have walked too as 90 mins is too long a wait. Which girl and parlour was it OP?

The parlour has a poor reputation but I know the girl in question so I gave it a try - result as above - Blubelles in Bury.
