Yep. Sildenafil gives you wood, not a fountain of cum. I don’t know that it ‘reduces sensitivity’ — maybe more that you weren’t feeling sensitised in the first place.

I think you are maybe confusing doses. Commonest Cialis (tadalafil) size is 20mg.

20mg Cialis = approx 100mg Viagra (sildenafil, kamagra etc)

You can break tablets in half. Half a 40mg tadalafil is perhaps the most cost effective but not available from U.K. chemists. The mini-dose daily Cialis works out expensive by comparison.

Yes, they claim 36 hours for tadalafil (Cialis) but I don't find that it lasts that long. On the other hand, sildenafil (Viagra) can give me stiffy 12 hours  later, much longer than the 4 hours that they claim.

With medicines it is the same as anything else.  You read up and it tells you all the side effects you could ever get, ever.  So how many people on here have gone nearly blind or had to go to hospital with an uncontrolled hard-on?  I hope none anyway.

Sildenafil can be taken fine with blood pressure medicines as long as the blood pressure is controlled.  If they are constantly having to change your meds it isn't the best.  The stuff you can buy over the counter from the pharmacy actually has very few "You cannot take this drug" conditions.  Even stuff like diabetes and prostate problems aren't ruled out.

For reference, there are absolutely people you can talk to about this stuff that aren't doctors.  Nurses and pharmacists probably the easiest to get into contact with.
