You could ask on bourdela but if local Greek punters don’t know then you’re gonna struggle. I saw a sex shop listed and a thread where they’re practically taking the piss out of a guy for asking. They said, “ on an island where everybody knows each other, who’s gonna be a call-girl??” I’ve not been there but it sounds worse than bloody Santorini, although they also suggest chatting up college girls in need of income. Tbh I think your nearest bet would be a quick hop to Patra, Kalamata or (quicker and more reliably) Athens. See if there’s a day return cheapo flight and make an excuse.
