Funny how she’s now able to get in touch with the OP, isn’t it? If she had done that at the time of the agreed booking, she wouldn’t have received this negative.
As a minimum, she should message to apologise. Better still would be an offer of recompense to make up for it (e.g. half price punt in the future). Even if the punter doesn't take her up on the offer, they are likely to write an epilogue to the review. It's still a negative but she retains some good name.
But no, she shows her true colours and gives the punter a hard time after he's already had a shitty experience. What a bitch. I'm compelled to put her on my hotlist just so I can delete her.
