So booked an appointment with Zara on the AW system in Dunfermline. Chatted a lot on there and all was good. Until the morning of the meet. No comms, no reason for letting me travel then leave me waiting. I have left a negative review on AW and had no response back even though she has been online since it was posted.

Things can happen in order for a meeting not to go ahead but Radio Silence is  :angry:  :wackogirl:

A good SP would be trying to reach out to you and offering to compensate for the inconvenience she has caused by either a reduction in the booking fee or offering an extended booking at the same cost.

You would hope the SP takes this Neg on board and improves her comms accordingly.  :hi:

Not as bad as your experience but I had almost arranged a meet then nothing!

Says she is on holiday from the 10th to the 17 and won't be checking mail, but is still logging in. She sounds confused  :wackogirl:. Another one to add to the 'avoid' list.

I get the feeling she's a bit part time, takes the cash when she can and doesn't plan very well.

Not one to plan around, just take an opportunistic booking when you can. Or walk on by, both are valid approaches.

Similar experience with her. Didn’t reply to emails asking when she was available, attempted a booking but she never confirmed (despite having read it, and asking if that time wasn’t convenient when would suit her).
Finally got a stroppy response sayoshe was now away on holiday. Don’t think I’ll be trying another time.

Same for me, few emails sent back and forth, asked if she was free that particular weekend then no response after that. Shame, she’d make a mint if she was a bit more reliable, we aint exactly spoiled for choice in this neck of the woods
