It may be partially bad surgery, but from the skin markings around them in almost every topless photo, I'm pretty sure those suction cup enlargement devices have been used in anger also.

Possibly the worst I’ve seen. No joke, they actually look like the results of a shoddy breast transplant - but I don’t think any such procedure exists. Big lines completely circling them, different skin tone and texture, and not positioned properly. And she seems extremely proud of them, strangely.

Given that the lines around the outside look more like pressure marks than scars, perhaps it some sort of breast suction cup thing she's used on herself? Seems to have given her a kind of burns victim look though.
