I feel compelled to write a report due to the wasted time and the significant cost of 110 mile round trip to the premises.
Arrived at the venue 10 mins early to be informed, 5 mins prior to my booked time that Kara was "running a bit late - 20-25 mins late" - this translates into an actual expected wait time of 40 mins in my experience of LM (30 mins with punter & 10 mins doing whatever they do in-between punters).
No explanation given but when I said that I would leave it, as my new time would have been just to close for comfort, an apology was offered (but nothing more).
Not the end of the world, but it's fair to say that I'm royally pissed off - waste of time and money
