Is there an easy way to enable and disable the loading of images from an Android browser?

Dolphin let's you do it (control panel - no images) but the browser is temperamental and prone to crashing.

Chrome AFAIK doesn't.

Firefox does but the option is hidden behind numerous clicks. I tried the image blocker add on and it didn't work.

Any alternative?

I ask because sometimes it's convenient to read the text of sites like this forum in public. If you're on a train and load images, the people behind you might object! No images, no objections! :)

Took me four clicks/screen taps to get to the setting to block images on the site I use FF for.
