Basically I can tell, that those "wanna be night life guides" do have knowledge and they know themselves around. However, as expected they are after your money as they do get their referral commission.They can all be friendly at first. They do speak English at a reasonable level.
My first guide who I found via Craiglist; I met in person for some drinks. And he was giving me an overview of what is to expected and I could ask him all questions. Though he always emphasised that his goal is to provide quality service and he wouldn't want me to "get scammed", I felt after all that he got angry and mad, as I didn't go with any recommendation on the first day and felt that I was wasting his time. But to be fair, I did pay him for his time. I was just not in the mood to punt on the first day, and just wanted to get as much info as possible. Anyways, he gave me a few good tips:
Two good online sources are:
1) nimfomane.RO (it has a forum, it is a bit like ukpunting, and there's even a section in English)
2) publi24.RO (pretty much classified ads similar to our vivastreet)
Nimfomane.RO forum is free to sign up for, it does have a paid subscription which allows you to pm other members. Apart from that it's a usual forum with threads for every major city, Bucharest obviously being the hot spot with WGs who work independently which I was mainly after. So those WGs would even actively use that forum to promote themselves and they try to even collect reviews from their customers. They well post pictures of themselves, but often burr out their faces. My second punt in Bucharest;

So he drove me to a place; pretty much a proper brothel; officially it's a massage parlour but it was obvious that one could get any service in there. That goes without saying my driver said to me. So when I stepped in there would be a lobby with sofas where I would be seated, and all the available girls would then line up. I literally had 12 girls standing in front of me. Not all of them top notch but a couple of them were making it for me, I would have loved taking both of them.
So what's the deal?
So initially the manager who explained me how this would work said, it's 500 RON for 1h (Obviously the driver would get his cut of 100 RON) The brothel supposedly 250 or 300RON and the girl the rest.
